Happy New Year! On behalf of the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia, I extend our warmest wishes for a prosperous and fulfilling year ahead.
Thank you for your unwavering support and engagement, which are vital in driving our mission to create a vibrant business environment. This year, we remain committed to fostering collaboration, enhancing trade relations, and promoting innovation within our community.
We are especially grateful for our partnership with the U.S. Embassy, which strengthens the economic ties between the United States and Saudi Arabia. Together, we aim to facilitate dialogue, advocate for sound policies, and enhance networking opportunities for our members.

Additionally, I would like to invite everyone to a memorial service for our former Chair, Captain Bill Foster, on January 15th in Riyadh. His contributions to our organization were invaluable, and we will honor his memory together.

Riyadh: We would like to invite you to the 8th Annual Ryder Cup style tournament hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia and The British Golf Society.
The tournament will be held on February 21st, 2025, at the esteemed Dirab Golf & Country Club. Tee-off time will begin promptly at 7:30am. Following the tournament, there will be an American style BBQ and reception at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Jeddah: On December 8th, during the 4th edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival, the U.S. Consulate and the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia ACE (Arts, Culture, and Entertainment) Committee proudly co-hosted an exclusive evening reception.
This prestigious gathering celebrated the 3rd year of conducting our US Saudi Film Forum that provides a platform for engaging discussions about the evolving cinema landscape in Saudi Arabia and plays a vital role in strengthening U.S.-Saudi relations within the global film community.
We’re thrilled this reception showcased the strong cultural and cinematic ties between Saudi Arabia and the United States.

Riyadh: On December 10th, AmCham Saudi Arabia hosted a thought-provoking event, “Bridging Academia and Industry for Saudi Innovation: Real-World Impact through Data-Driven Leadership and Strategic Collaboration,” bringing together distinguished voices to explore the vital connections between research, industry, and government in driving transformative innovation.
The event addressed key challenges and opportunities for fostering innovation in Saudi Arabia, highlighting the importance of strong linkages between academia, industry, and the private sector to achieve the goals of Vision 2030.

Riyadh: On December 16, 2024, AmCham Saudi Arabia's Infrastructure and Technology Committees convened a highly productive roundtable discussion on Smart Cities at the Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter. Led by Thomas Robison, Chair of the Infrastructure Committee, and Sara Al Husseini, Chair of the Technology Committee, the event attracted a distinguished group of stakeholders, including leading cloud service providers and key developers engaged in Giga projects throughout Saudi Arabia. We were also honored to host Mr. Andrew Billard, U.S. Senior Commercial Counselor, as our special guest.
The discussion focused on identifying market challenges and opportunities to inform our future efforts and enhance support for U.S. companies collaborating with the Saudi government. A key highlight was the emphasis on the vital integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at the foundational levels of infrastructure development for these major initiatives.
