Oil to Chemicals in Saudi Arabia and Beyond: Opportunities and Challenges

The American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia is pleased to announce its fourth installment of the Energy Committee Lunch & Learn series: "Oil to Chemicals in Saudi Arabia and Beyond: Opportunities and Challenges", whichwill be held on Monday, May 20th, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the offices of Air Products Qudra in Dhahran Techno Valley.

Liquid to Chemical (LTC) technologies, specifically oil to chemical technologies, offer a viable option for refineries to increase their margins and ensure future viability in the context of the Energy Transition. LTC-related projects are expected to be executed all over the world, including in Saudi Arabia, opening opportunities for operators, contractors, technology providers and suppliers alike.

The Energy Committee will welcome once again Dr. Yousef Alshammari, one of the world's top 50 global energy analysts, listed by Gulf Intelligence, with more than 10 years of experience in energy research, for a keynote lecture, followed by a panel discussion with executives from leading U.S. energy sector companies operating in Kingdom, including ExxonMobil, Fluor, and KBR, who will give their insights into the demand for oil to chemical technologies and how they are meeting that demand and addressing associated challenges.

Guests will enjoy a catered networking luncheon from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, which provides an excellent opportunity to connect with industry peers and discuss the series topic.
