We at AmCham Saudi Arabia are committed to advancing the leadership skills of individuals both personally and professionally. Therefore, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Blanchard Companies to inspire leadership through a model of research-based practices, human connection, and tailored development.

Welcome to our 2023 AmCham Saudi Arabia Women in Business Committee x Blanchard Mentorship Program: A customized initiative to build capacity by identifying and matching the needs of the local Saudi market and members of the AmCham community. Based on the motto "We are all Leaders," experienced mentors and select female candidates will be partnered to learn and develop the required skills to achieve their aspirations to serve as leaders in the Saudi workforce.

2. Mentee-Mentor Partnership

• Profile of mentee and mentor will be shared prior to formal introduction to ensure interest and compatibility.
• After email acceptance from both parties, the mentee-mentor relationship will be established.
• Confirmation starter packets will then be provided with guidelines to proceed.

Success Metrics

• Full attendance to all sessions (workshops, midpoint check-in, debrief and next steps)
• Submission of schedule of mentorship touch points
• Regular participation in mentor/mentee sessions
