AmCham Energy Committee Lunch & Learn

The American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia is pleased to announce the second installment of the Energy Committee's Lunch & Learn series coming up on Monday, February 27th, 2023 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the offices of Baker Hughes in Dhahran Techno Valley.

The Energy Committee will host Dr. Yousef Alshammari, one of the world's top 50 global energy analysts, listed by Gulf Intelligence, with more than 10 years of experience in energy research for "A Current Look at the US Energy Sector's Impact on OPEC+". The event includes a networking luncheon beforehand and a Q&A to follow.

Dr. Alshammari's expertise focuses on OPEC+, energy markets, hydrogen and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS). His insight has been quoted by multiple news media outlets, including CNN and Bloomberg, and he often appears on Al Arabiya and other TV channels to comment on OPEC+, oil markets, and energy issues. Dr. Alshammari is also an expert member at the Group of Experts on Sustainable Energy at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, Geneva, where he has been advising countries on better strategies for cleaner use of fossil fuels.
