Join AmCham Saudi Arabia Professional Services committee who will organize an event around Alternative Dispute Resolution on Wednesday March 15th from 6PM to 8:30PM at Marriot Hotel in Diplomatic Quarter, Riyadh.
The event aims to discuss the recent developments in international arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region. This represents a very positive development for U.S. investors as the adoption of arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism represents a more transparent and less risky alternative to using local courts.
The event will include two sessions led by SCCA's CEO and ADR director around arbitration development in Saudi and the case law statistics, followed by a panel discussion session led by reputable experts in the field.
The event will be hosted in collaboration with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
